In the current the scenario of lockdown along with
our emotions the daily activity and
lifestyle have been changed in a huge
way. The physical interaction and communication hangouts with our
friends have been changed to virtual meeting and hangouts, the office workroom
have occupiedpace of our home as our workplace, the chit chats with
our
colleagues with a cup of coffee have been occupied with chats and
virtual coffee breaks.
Physical interaction have been now occupied with
social isolation and deprivation in which we are
daily fighting with hundreds
of negative thoughts
ourselves and consoling our heart and mind to give
a
better feeling that "YES "things will get back to
normal soon.
Virtual
screen out and role blurring due to work from home have to lead to an increase
in working hours even extending to weekends also. These daily activities have
to lead to loneliness and mental fatigue by putting a negative impact on our
mental health and indirectly impacting us to stick to
unhealthy dietary patterns and routine activities leading to a decline in
lifestyle quality and our health choices.
